ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS: |
| The
career is something every student is always concerned about,
so college helps them out in this area and organizes a one
day career counseling program handled by well experienced
professionals for Second Year and Third Year B.Sc. Student
of all the subjects. Students are provided counseling facilities
on personal as well as academic matters for exploring career
options and choice of courses while being at the college.
Students are guided on options for higher studies both in
India and abroad. |

| Seminars
are arranged by students of T.Y.B.Sc of various departments.
All the students who address the seminar are issued certificates in this redard
Showing great enthusiasm and interest, a large number of students
take part in the event. |

| In
our efforts to increase interaction between students and specialists,
the scientists are invited from various fields to deliver
lectures at all departments on respective subjects. |

| SPORTS ACTIVITIES; |
| Sports events
are integral part of an educational institution. These events
help develop competitive mentality among students. The college
organizes open Badminton tournament for students affiliated
to Gujarat University. Cash Prizes and Trophies are awarded
to winners and runners-up in boys and girls’ singles
and doubles. In an effort to encourage sports activities,
16 team members are given cricket apparels. College also organizes
every year Annual Sports Day in which students take part with
the great enthusiasm for various events.

| EXTRA CARRICULAR ACTIVITIES : |
College
does not mean studies only; a good citizen should be able
to serve the society in all ways. The college provides them
sufficient ground by arranging various competitions like Mehndi,
Collage, Painting, Rangoli, Elocution, Group-song, Solo-song,
Essay-writing etc. On the basis of their local experience,
the students of our college are then sent for the Youth Festivals
organized by Gujarat University to perform their skills in
front of larger audience.
The College celebrates Republic Day
with great enthusiasm. The cadets of all the three wings of
N.C.C perform drills on the occasion. Cultural program is
also arranged where patriotic songs, drama, skits, mimicry
and mimes are performed by the students. The staff and students
show huge interest in the program.

| QUIZ COMPETITION : |
| The College organizes Quiz
Competition for all the students. The competition is handled
professionally by the college teachers using visual aids,
sound systems, and screen images. The Competition comprises
two stages of written as well as Visual and Oral Rounds wherein
questions are set on topics like science, general knowledge,
sports, films, politics and entertainment. Prizes are awarded
to the best pair of the competition. |

| BLOOD DONATION CAMP
: |
|
In order to encourage the youth of our college to help
the society at large, Blood Donation camp is organized
every year for the students with the association of
the Red Cross society in which large number of the students
donate Blood enthusiastically.
Health
is Wealth. To inculcate this motto among our students,
a Thalassemia Prevention Awareness Programme is organized
by the college. Renowned Doctors with the help of NGOs
are invited to deliver lecture on the said topic with
the help of visuals. |

Ensuring a bright future for the students is also a duty of
college. Keeping this in mind, the college has formed its
Placement Cell which helps the students seeking jobs in various
fields. We also arrange Campus Interview for the T.Y.B.Sc
students. Many students are being short-listed by various

| PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

| The college also organizes Personality Development
Programme by inviting guest speakers from reputed professional
institutes and firms to expose the T.Y.B.Sc students to the
practical aspects of facing interviews. Such programmes also
aim at providing vocational guidance to the students. The
students also learn to write the CVs under such programme. |

| COLLEGIATE
WOMEN DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (CWDC) |
| As
per the directives from the Supreme Court, it is mandatory
for any institute to form the collegiate women development
committee for the safeguard of female students of the college.
For this reason, our college has also formed the committee
under the guidelines of Gujarat University which looks after
the grievances of the female students. |
