The Association shall be non-profit organization, organized and operated for the advertisement of the objectives of the Association namely:-
To develop and strengthen a feeling of fraternity amongst its members and the Alumni / present students of the C.U.Shah Science College.
To include the values of the Alumni's responsibility towards the society.
To act as a channel of communication for information related to the members' general interest.
To form a link between its members, C.U.Shah Science College, fresh graduates of the College, Alumni/present students of the College and representatives of industries, Association etc.
To carry out research or undertake non-commercial projects in order to enrich knowledge of its members and Alumni/present students of the college and to contribute to those socially relevant problematic areas which need non-commercial approach.
To co-operate with and/or affiliate to other associations doing similar work in India or in other countries.
To organize short duration courses of continuous education in various disciplines for the alumni / present students of the college.
To organize talks, workshops, seminars, group
discussions etc. on matters of topical interest.
To set up and maintain infra + structure for the
betterment of the College / its Alumni / its present students, libraries , information / services /
placement cells.
To act as a forum to encourage interaction between the institute and the Alumni of the Institute.
To finance needy& academically bright students of the College
Membership of the Association shall be of three types.
Yearly Membership
Life Membership
Invited Membership
Yearly membership will be July 1 to June 30 of subsequent year.
Who can become Member
Any past student of C.U.Shah Science College, Ahmedabad can become Alumni Member.
Final Year B.SC. Student can become member.
Permenant Teaching and non-teaching (past and present) Of C.U.Shah Science College can also become an Alumni Member.
Invited Members:The Governing body has right to
nominate invited member as any person from any field on the basis of merit for benefit of the institution. Invited members could not have voting rights. They cannot hold any post and don't have to pay fees for
membership. They can provide financial and other assistance to the Institute.
The Person must not have past history of misbehavior or punishment. He/She should not have criminal or political background or blames.

The Fees structure and amount can be modified as per
the guidelines of governing body at any time.
